Leader's Address
Mr. Zhang Wang, Executive Vice Chairman of Ronggui Street General Union
Vice Chairman Zhang delivered the opening speech, expressing hopes that through the competition, Cantonese culinary culture would be passed down, and more young, new-generation Cantonese chefs would be nurtured. He also extended gratitude to Citin Kitchen for their strong support in this event, having focused on kitchen appliances for 27 years.

Mr. Luo expressed that as the world capital of gastronomy and the birthplace of culinary excellence, initiatives like those organized by the Catering Association and Ronggui General Union aim to provide young individuals with skills, dreams, and aspirations more opportunities for growth and development. He emphasized the goal of advancing chef skills and promoting Cantonese cuisine, encouraging them to seize these opportunities, strive for growth, and contribute to the catering industry of Ronggui and Shunde, as well as to the world capital of gastronomy.
Mr. Chen Yun, Executive Vice President and Director of Citin Corporation
Mr. Chen Yun expressed special gratitude to the General Union for providing opportunities for Murata to contribute to the development of the catering industry. In his speech, he mentioned "three aspects":
1.Meaningful: Chinese civilization has a long history, and culinary culture is profound. Food is essential to people, and cooking is a priority. Laozi said "governing a great nation is like cooking small fish," and Confucius emphasized the importance of meticulous cooking. These show the significance of culinary arts. Through skills competitions, it is necessary and meaningful to promote culinary culture continuously, enhance cooking skills, and spread Shunde cuisine.
2.Mission: To do a good job, one must first sharpen one's tools. Murata, with nearly 30 years of experience, upholds Chairman Luo's values of "respecting heaven, loving people, and enjoying life." Their mission is to continuously improve the cooking environment and meet people's aspirations for a better life. Through innovative cooking equipment and a dedicated culinary culture, Murata fulfills economic, moral, legal, and social responsibilities.
3.Wishes: Mr. Chen wished for the competition's success, for participants to achieve excellence, and for Shunde cuisine to shine worldwide.
